Letters to Lias

Hey Champ,

Remember how excited we were to start this business together? It's not always easy, being a dad and an entrepreneur at the same time. There are days, buddy, when I feel like I'm running on fumes. But then I look at you, my little man, and I know it's all worth it.

Truth is, I want you to have the best life possible. I want you to chase your dreams with everything you've got, because seeing you happy and fulfilled is the greatest success I could ever ask for.

Here's what I really hope, though: that you find your own definition of success. Success isn't always about being the "most" or the "best." It's about finding something you love to do, something that makes you feel like you can conquer anything. It's about waking up every day excited to learn and grow.

Remember, being kind and respectful is way cooler than being tough or mean. The world needs more people who build each other up, not tear each other down. And hey, being a good person will make you feel pretty darn good about yourself too.

You're way too young to worry about guardian angels or negativity right now. Focus on all the amazing things you can do! Your mind is a powerful tool, and right now, it's wide open to all the possibilities in the world. Fill it with curiosity, with kindness, and with the belief that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

There will be times when things feel tough, and that's okay. That's part of life. But remember, you've got this amazing spirit, this fire in your belly. Don't let anyone dim your light. And even if motivation takes a vacation sometimes, discipline will always be there to keep you moving forward.

This world can be a crazy place, but you've got the power to make it your own incredible adventure. Go explore, learn, make mistakes (that's how we grow!), and most importantly, have fun. Dad will always be here, cheering you on every step of the way.

Love always,
